Sublustrum Wishlist and Preorder

Steam wishlist only. No price, no paid preorder, no second storefront. 50k was a milestone, not a launch.

Sublustrum Wishlist and Preorder

There is no paid preorder

Sublustrum’s finished remake is scheduled for Fall 2026. Brickworks Games has not named a price, a deluxe edition, a soundtrack bundle, or a timed shop bonus. The Steam page for app 4151300 is a coming-soon product with Add to your wishlist and a separate Request Access row for the chapter-one playtest. If a third-party store is already charging for a “Sublustrum preorder key,” it is not the official storefront.

Wishlisting is free. It tells Steam to mail you when the app’s state changes — a playtest wave, a demo, a price, or the actual Fall 2026 unlock. It is not a reservation that deducts money. It does not skip the playtest queue. It does not convert into a Family Shared copy; Family Sharing is listed and then excluded until the finished product exists.

How to wishlist on Steam

  1. Sign into the Steam client or the website with the account you actually play on.
  2. Open store.steampowered.com/app/4151300/Sublustrum/.
  3. Confirm the developer/publisher block and the coming-soon state so you are not on a similarly named app.
  4. Click Add to your wishlist. The button should switch to a wishlisted state.
  5. Optionally follow the Steam news hub for the same app so dated posts (trailer, FAQ, playtest) land in your client.

Mobile Steam apps can wishlist too; use the same app ID if search autocomplete shows the 2008 Outcry listing or an unrelated title. Regional storefronts should still resolve 4151300. If the page 404s, you are signed into a blocked region or the URL was truncated — paste the full path rather than a screenshot of a short link.

Keep the wishlist after you request the playtest. Playtest clients and the paid 1.0 package are different Steam artifacts. Removing the wishlist because “I already have it installed” is how people miss the Fall 2026 ping.

The 15 June 2026 milestone

On 15 June 2026 official channels celebrated 50,000 Steam wishlists. The tone was gratitude, not a date change. The post did not name a Tuesday in October, did not open checkout, and did not promise that 50k would trigger a demo the same week. Later, on 29 July, a FAQ still declined to date the playtest; on 27 August the 4 September window was finally named.

Treat 50k as proof that people are watching, not as a sales rank for a product you cannot buy yet. Wishlist counters on third-party estimate sites will not match the studio’s round number. This wiki will not invent a current count beyond that celebrated milestone.

What wishlist mail will and will not say

Steam can notify you about:

  • Playtest availability or a reminder to Request Access
  • A priced store page when checkout exists
  • Launch-day availability for the finished remake
  • News posts the developer pins

Steam will not:

  • Charge your wallet because you wishlisted
  • Hand you console SKUs (consoles are still unspecified)
  • Guarantee playtest approval
  • Replace Discord as the feedback room

If you want the dated paper trail instead of a button guide, read news and trailer. If you want the seasonal window in one sentence, read release date. Official URLs beyond Steam sit on official links.

Ignoring fake storefronts

Search ads like to wrap trailer stills around “buy Sublustrum cheap.” The remake has no public price. Keys for the 2008 Outcry / Sublustrum disc are a different product. Roblox experiences that reuse the word are unrelated. This wiki will not list grey-market domains. Bookmark the Steam URL above and sublustrum.net.

A wishlist also does not equal a review copy, a press kit, or a gamescom code. Codes at the Cyprus pavilion in August 2026 were a booth extra. Everyone else uses Steam’s own buttons.

After you click the button

You are done with the store-side prep. Next actions are optional and separate: request the playtest if you want chapter one, check that your PC matches the spec table, and follow official socials if Steam mail is not enough. When a real preorder or a price appears, this page should gain a dated paragraph — until then, the honest merchandising sentence is wishlist only.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Can I preorder Sublustrum?

No official paid preorder exists. Use Steam’s wishlist on app 4151300. Confirm URLs on official links.

Does wishlisting get me the playtest?

No. Wishlist and Request Access are different buttons. See the playtest page.

What did 50,000 wishlists change?

Nothing about the Fall 2026 window. It was a 15 June 2026 thank-you. Timing still lives on release date.

Is there a price?

Not announced. Ignore stores that already charge for a 2026 key.

Should I un-wishlist after I install the playtest?

No. Keep the wishlist so the finished Fall 2026 product can still ping this account.
